His strong belief in moving the construction world onto a green and sustainable path fuels his commitment to providing affordable and energy efficient structures for humanity and our planet’s future.

Rick’s wife, Janine also plays a vital role in the company. A partner in life and business, she handles administration in support of the company’s vision. Rick and Janine, both Montana Natives, live in Bozeman, Montana with daughter, Christina. They enjoy exploring the backroads of Montana, fly fishing, camping and skiing.
